    • Conducts scans on applications and systems using latest methods and tools to assess organization’s cyber security status.  Provides analysis of results and details findings in reports and presentations.
    • Advises Cybersecurity management on integrating IT programs with the Security Program and other business programs of equivalent complexity within the enterprise.  Offers advice on integrating IT programs with other programs of equivalent scope and complexity.
    • Maintains a mastery of IT theories, principles, concepts, standards, security requirements, security architecture and practices sufficient to develop new theories, concepts, principles, standards, security requirements, security architecture and methods in IT security
    • Has a mastery of IT policy, security requirements and standards (including DoD Policy, STIGS, and SRGs and NIST standards), security architecture and planning concepts, methods, and practices; and/or IT security theories and concepts, practices and emerging issues; and/or software engineering theories, concepts, and practices; and/or state of the art Internet technologies, methods, standards, and issues (security, privacy, accessibility) and project management methods and concepts sufficient to represent on interagency work groups established to develop government wide IT policy initiatives.
    • Expertise with scanning tools including Fortify Static Code Analyzer (SCA), WebInspect, and Sonar.
    • Demonstrates excellent oral and written skills.


    Minimum Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or Engineering. Other degree disciplines considered with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in security IT analysis and implementation.


    Minimum Experience:

    Minimum five (5) years of experience in defining, implementing and maintaining the Information Security of firms. Must have strong knowledge of Encryption, Intrusion Detection, Network Security, and Vulnerability Testing. Required IAM Level I certification: CAP, GSLC, Security+ CE.


    Active DoD Security Clearance Required.
