    • Provides oversight to ensure overall program and project goals are met and serves as administrative liaison and single point of contact with the client.
    • Formulates and enforces work standards, assigns contractor work schedules, and reviews all work products and services. Builds project schedule using Integrated Master Schedule, Work Breakdown Schedule, and critical path.
    • Produces contract deliverables related to cost, schedule, and performance on the contract.
    • Supervises contractor personnel, and communicates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
    • Manages the entire project and the assigned staff.
    • Provides expertise in planning, organizing, and prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks and maintaining fiscal responsibilities.
    • Serves as the lead for quality assurance for all deliverables.
    • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


    Minimum Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Mathematics or Engineering. Other degree disciplines considered with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in security IT analysis and implementation.


    Minimum Experience:

    Has a DOD 8570.01-M IAM Level II certification (i.e., CAP, CASP CE, CISM, CISSP, or GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC)); at least seven (7) years of relevant experience directing a team of qualified security professionals. PMP certified desired.


    Active DoD Security Clearance required.
