Gather data, complete informal interviews, and conduct research to support a broad range of communications needs in a Federal administration headquarters. Make recommendations on options and formats to best satisfy communications requirements. Prepare clear and concise executive remarks and speeches for executive leadership to support at national conferences, trade shows, organizational events, radio broadcasts, etc. for a variety of audiences. Prepare speakers for events to include creating tailored talking points and key messages, speeches to include scripts, and presentation materials. Assist in the presentation of workshops, seminars and training sessions. Design, format, write, and produce documentation using Microsoft Office Suite and other commercial publishing software. Maintain configuration management of all documents and up-to-date internal documentation library. Meeting planning and facilitation including develop agendas, coordinate invites, assist in facilitating discussions and decision making on complex topics with senior leadership, complete meeting notes and actions, and stakeholder communications. Provide quality reviews and edits of overall team deliverables.
