    Support Business Process Reengineering projects and overall management of operations in a Federal administration headquarters. Develop, document, and maintain improved business and information processes, methods, and practices in standard operating procedures. Identify best practices and develop methodologies for change management and process reengineering. Promote improved business management tools and techniques. Meeting planning and facilitation including develop agendas, coordinate invites, assist in facilitating discussions and decision making on complex topics with senior leadership, complete meeting notes and actions, and stakeholder communications.



    • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 5 years experience as a Business Process or Business Analyst with emphasis on organizational process optimization.
    • Analyzing and responding to Congressional inquiries and other external agency and organization requests
    • Understanding of organizations with multiple business lines and establishing linkages between processes and information flows to facilitate effective interaction
    • Planning, organizing, and facilitating senior leadership meetings and other cross-organization meetings
    • Support development of senior leadership communications
    • Familiarity with the use of SharePoint for document management
    • Experience working in FEMA and FIMA highly desired
    • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain FEMA Clearance.
