Develop, document, and maintain improved business and information processes, methods, and practices in standard operating procedures. Identify best practices and develop methodologies for change management and process reengineering. Promote improved business management tools and techniques. Meeting planning and facilitation including develop agendas, coordinate invites, assist in facilitating discussions and decision making on complex topics with senior leadership, complete meeting notes and actions, and stakeholder communications.
